Brooke and District Cricket Club is well established in Norfolk cricket, with 3 Saturday teams, a Sunday team and 8 Junior teams.  We have a very popular and respected Ladies Cricket Section, playing in the Norfolk Winter and Summer League, under the enthusiastic Ladies Club Captain, Sam Tea.

Our first team under the captaincy of John Habershon were promoted from Division 1 in 2014 and in 2016 became the Norfolk Alliance Premier Division Champions for the first time in the Club’s history.

Our second team play in Norfolk Alliance Division 3 and our second team captain for 2018 will be Richard Gilliatt

Brooke third team will join the Norfolk League in 2018 and will be captained by our chairman Richard Hayman

Our Sunday sides plays in the Carter Cup and the Mid Norfolk Sunday League and the Challenge Cup. We also compete in the Norfolk Twenty20 Cup which in 2018 will comprise of ourselves and the 5 Norfolk EAPL sides

Our Junior cricket starts at 5 years old, with Mini-Cricket offered throughout the summer on Friday evenings.  Our Junior teams start at Under 9 and we are competitive at every age group through to Under 19.

Our Club is at the heart of the Community.  On Friday evenings we host Community Cricket, from May through to September.  For many families in Brooke this marks the start of the weekend and we often coach more than 100 children on Fridays alone.  With the bar open, the BBQ fired up and good company, there really is no better place to be on a Friday than Brooke CC.
